Job Description:
The Account Manager serves as the main point of contact to our elite clients. The AM is responsible for building and maintaining trusted relationships with executives, speakers, and founders while translating their unique stories and expertise into aligned social media content to build an audience and attract their ideal clients across LinkedIn.
Ideal Candidate:
You are a talented content creator and ghostwriter. You have excellent verbal communication. You have a deep understanding of human psychology, behavior, and motivation and are able to transfer that to your clients' copy to create a compelling narrative. You are proactive and highly organized. You obsess over client happiness and the power of proactive communication to keep your clients informed, organized and delighted. You see areas of improvement and take initiative to support our growing start-up and your team members. You value kindness, connection, and authenticity.
This role requires leadership and collaboration, as you'll be directly supporting a growth strategist who will be responsible for the social media engagement for your clients. You will also be collaborating with other team members and directing the work of video and graphic design freelancers to support your content.
Ideal Skill Set:
• Support 6-8 clients personal brands and social media
• Successfully onboard clients and follow all key milestones
• Develop and maintain client monthly social media calendars
• Strong LinkedIn copywriting skills (i.e. hooks, frameworks, etc.)
• Brainstorm, plan, and execute client LinkedIn social media content
• Develop and manage content to support client’s target market, goals, etc.
• Utilize all project management tools (i.e. Asana, slack, Google, loom, etc.)
• Creative direction to help create/edit videos/graphics/etc. for social content
• Collaborate and support growth strategist to ensure execution and alignment with client’s goals
• Eye for tone, design, and client’s style with ability to identify, create, and adhere to client voice and brand visuals

Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in executive administrative, marketing, or related roles
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana) is a plus.
